A 19000sf GCB with a built-in area of 13000sf originally designed by one of Singapore’s architectural luminaries Timothy Seow who was also the architect behind NTU ADM Building. We were approached by the new owner to remodel the interior and give it a modern luxe take whilst retaining the exterior architecture. With a gym, an entertainment room, a home movie theatre and a pool, these spaces take entertaining at home to a whole new level.
