The client bought the 7000sf bungalow because of its very good feng shui. Much attention was given to incorporating the necessary geomancy elements while retaining a modern luxury feel. For instance, the lift lobby wall had to be in red. Rather than using typical wallcoverings, we proposed a wall of handmade mosaic tiles beautifully assembled like a work of art.

 

Other design elements include the large screen behind the sofa, this was specially designed to create a layering effect to partially blocking the staircase and dining area from the entrance foyer. The foyer wall was clad with a book matched marble and forms a stunning backdrop against a back-lit onyx console table. The master bathroom was also reconfigured and enlarged for not only 2 basins but 2 shower areas. A skylight was introduced which bathes the marble finishes and mosaic tiles with natural light.
