This bungalow in Holland area underwent a remodeling to reflect the changing needs of its homeowners without compromising on its former timeless style. The client liked our classic, timeless and clutter-free style in the Jln Redop house so much that they re-engaged us to adopt a similar style for their new home.

 

To achieve a timeless, cozy and inviting look, the existing doors and door frames were stained dark, for example, a dark stained portal frame replaced the original timber door panels between the living and dining areas creating a seamless flow yet visually demarcating the spaces. A custom-designed bar counter and feature wall were introduced at the end of the dining area to create a focal point. The wall conceals the air con unit and the doors to the music room and new kitchen. The spacious living room affords two views - the dining room and pool/patio area.
